Processing Timeline

1. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed automatically. You’ll receive an email with full order details right after checkout.

2. Packing & Handling (0–1 business days)

Most rugs are packed and handed to the carrier the same day or next business day. Oversized or delicate rugs may need custom protective wrapping.

3. Transit Time (1–4 business days)

Typical delivery across the contiguous U.S. takes 1–4 business days, depending on rug size, carrier, and destination.

4. Tracking

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it.

In-store Pickup (Plano): Select pickup at checkout. We will notify you when your rug is ready.

Packaging

All rugs are rolled, wrapped, padded, and sealed to protect fibers and edges during transit. We recommend unrolling the rug upon arrival to relax any creases.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or a carrier claim.
